Method of extraction:
The essential oil is steam-distilled from the needles.


Properties:
- Due to its antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, cough-relieving properties, it is helpful when treating bronchitis, airway diseases, pneumonia; it normalizes the body temperature.

-  Relieves pain and spasms, so it is useful to treat arthritis, rheumatism, muscle aches.

-  Helps treating problems that are caused by menstrual cycle disorders or menopause.

-  Strengthens the immunity.

-  Working directly through the central nervous system, it restores the balance of the mind, fights fatigue, neuralgia, stress, improves mental activities.

-  In dermatology, it is used to stop the ageing of the skin, improving its resilience, strengthening hair roots and damaged hair.


Indications:

*  Exhaustion, asthenia, convalescence;

*  Bronchitis, chronic bronchitis, sinusitis, asthma;

*  Inflammatory processes;

*  Rheumatism, rheumatic polyarthritis;

*  Multiple sclerosis;

*  Uterine congestion, kidney inflammation.


Usage and doses:

For Baths: add 7-8 drops to a glass of yoghurt or milk and pour in to the bath.
Massage: add 5-6 drops of essential oil to 20g ml of basic oil.
Inhalations: 4-5 drops to 1l of hot water. 
Aroma lamps: 1-2 drops for 5 m2 of room.
